Common pricing questions

Most venues launch within 2–3 weeks including slot mapping, staff training, and payment gateway setup. Enterprise rollouts with ANPR may take 4–6 weeks.

Mode A is full valet — staff pick up, park, and return the vehicle at the gate. Mode B is self-park with an instant slot pass and NFC/RFID exit validation. Advance reservations enable priority fast check-in on arrival.

Yes. Each tenant account supports multiple locations with separate floors, zones, slots, staff assignments, and location-specific pricing and notification templates.

You configure payment timing per location: at check-in, at check-out, or online after parking via a unique QR link. We support UPI, cards, net banking, wallet balance, and cash recording by guards.
